MID-CITY. Founded in the wake of Katrina, this club has raised spirits in Mid-City by drawing live musicians to the neighborhood. Patrons shoot pool and mingle at the bar, while awaiting the bands. Depending on the sounds of the night, you might hear folk, blues, jazz or funk.
